You spend most of your days hidden in the library and a third of your time debugging
your computer assignments in the poorly ventilated (stinky!) computer rooms.
In fact, it was a lonely life.
My friends and I found amusement in our poor professors. The classes were either held
very early in the morning or late at night. We had to find ways to stay awake somehow.
"So what animal does Professor X look like?" my friend scribbled on paper.
With menace written all over our faces, we looked at each other and laughed.
By the end of the year, I'm sure we came up with a whole zoo of animals,
but I remember we had a squirrel, a gopher and Snoopy. Of course, Snoopy was our
favourite. He was the one who made us see imaginary numbers.
